The Zoe Kalotheos "My GF Has A Pouch Like Pic" Post is a viral 4chan post in which an anonymous user shares a photo of two women, purportedly named Jessie Fox and Zoe Kalotheos, wearing tight dresses, circling Kalotheos' stomach with a red circle and writing, "My gf has a pouch like pic and it doesn't seem to go away no matter how hard she hits the gym. Is surgery my only hope?" The post was originally made in April 2023 and garnered viral spread in 2025, inspiring discourse and debates on social media. In September 2025, posts about Kalotheos losing weight went viral, with many arguing that she looked better before. Zoe Kalotheos' "pouch" has been described online as an example of a Venus Tummy.
Origin
On April 9th, 2021, a 9GAG[1] user uploaded a photo of two women, purportedly Facebook[2] users Jessie Fox and Zoe Kalotheos,[3] posing for a photo, with Fox in a black dress and Kalotheos in a brown leather dress. The post, titled "Good Lord!" garnered over 300 upvotes in four years.

On April 10th, 2023, an anonymous user of 4chan's[12] /fit/ board posted the image, writing, "My gf has a pouch like pic and it doesn't seem to go away no matter how hard she hits the gym. Is surgery my only hope?" The post inspired over 160 comments.

Spread
On April 12th, 2023, the 4chan post was reposted to Imgur[4] by zoraniko, who censored their faces, garnering over 121,000 views and 1,500 upvotes in two years. On March 15th, 2025, X[5] user @KILLTOPARTY reposted the 4chan screenshot uncensored, writing, "Why do all women insist on skin tight clothing?" garnering over 14,000 likes and 11,000 reposts in six months.
That same day, it was posted to the /r/moreplatesmoredates[10] subreddit under the title "How to fix this pouch?" In six months, the post received over 710 upvotes and 440 comments from other Redditors.
On March 16th, X[11] user @MedGold_ joined the discussion about the girl and 4chan post, saying, "I won’t post the pic of the chubby 4chan girl because she looks sweet and would be attractive if she lost weight. But calling it a 'pouch' is a fat cope to make beer guts sound cute. They are not. They are blubber. They must melt." The tweet received over 23,200 views and 390 likes in six months.
Also on March 16th, 2025, it was posted to the /r/BlatantMisogyny[6] subreddit by Redditor u/Lili_garnet33, titled, "But she’s so pretty. Hope she finds a better guy," garnering over 1,700 upvotes in six months.

Later that day, X[7] user @FeralPHunter quoted the post, writing, "so many men on here are actually gay," garnering over 761,000 likes and 33,000 reposts in six months.
On March 19th, 2025, the post was featured in an article by The Mary Sue[8] titled, "Men are showing how much they dislike women by disgustingly commenting on our bodies."
On June 10th, Redditor u/MisterFyre reposted the screenshot to the /r/ExplainTheJoke[9] subreddit, garnering over 37,000 upvotes in three months.

Zoe Kalotheos' Weight Loss Discourse
As early as September 17th, 2023, an image showing two photos of of Zoe Kalotheos side-by-side started spreading on 4chan.[13] On the left is the viral "pouch" image of Kalotheos and on the right is a more recent photo allegedly taken from her private Instagram account showing her in a bikini.

On September 17th, 2025, an anonymous user of 4chan's[14] /int/ (International) board reposted the image, writing, "The antic greek tragedy has turned into the modern american tragedy internationally speaking." The first anonymous user to comment posted, "BAN OZEMPIC," a comment suggesting the woman's weight loss was a bad choice.

On September 19th, the image was reposted to the /r/moreplatesmoredates[15] subreddit, garnering over 1,100 upvotes in four days. Some of the top comments read, "Them titties are as deflated as my hope for the future," and, "What the fuck 😭 Why did this make me weirdly sad." It was also reposted by instagram[16] user bigbenis6969, garnering over 6,800 likes in four days.
That same day, X[17] user @MomsPostingLs posted the image, writing, "Does anyone actually prefer the left?" garnering over 2,500 likes in four days.

On September 23rd, X[18] user @MadsPosting posted a cropped version of the image leaving out the "BAN OZEMPIC" comment, writing, "Ban Tylenol? We should ban Ozempic," garnering over 1,200 likes in under a day.
