About
He's Red For An Amazing Reason, also known as He's X For An Amazing Reason or She's X For An Amazing Reason, is phrasal template used in a series of exploitable memes based on a Dan Hentschel comedy video in which his entire body is painted red, beginning with the caption, "He's red for an amazing reason," the reason being that he has worked at Verizon for 10 years. The video was posted in May 2025 and became the subject of memes over the following months as other red or vibrantly colored characters or subjects were attached to a similar caption. The phrase "he's red for an amazing reason" also became a copypasta online, commented under images of subjects who are predominantly one unnatural color.
